Submitting a form or requesting an appointment does not guarantee availability, pricing, installation eligibility, financing approval, product availability, service completion date, permit approval, or final project approval. Final pricing, scope of work, and scheduling may depend on an in-person consultation, site conditions, permitting requirements, utility coordination, product availability, and other factors.

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, modify, or cancel service requests where appropriate, including when service is unavailable, information is inaccurate, site conditions prevent service, payment is not received, permitting or utility requirements cannot be met, or the request is outside our service area or scope of work.

4. Payments, Financing, and Third-Party Services

Certain services may require deposits, progress payments, final payments, financing applications, maintenance agreement payments, or other payment arrangements. Payment terms will be provided as part of your estimate, invoice, agreement, maintenance plan, or financing process.

If financing options are made available, those options may be provided by third-party financing providers. Financing approval, terms, rates, fees, and payment obligations are determined by the financing provider, not GenCo. We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, terms, or privacy practices of third-party financing providers.

Links to third-party websites, financing tools, manufacturer resources, or payment portals are provided for convenience. Your use of third-party websites or services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

5. SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages from GenCo, you agree to receive text messages from GenCo related to your inquiries, appointments, estimates, service requests, customer support, project updates, maintenance reminders, emergency service communications, review requests, and promotional or marketing messages when you have provided consent to receive them.

Program Description

GenCo’s SMS messaging program may send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, rescheduling notifications, estimate follow-ups, customer support messages, service updates, maintenance reminders, emergency service communications, review requests, and promotional offers.

Opt-In Consent

You will only receive SMS/text messages from us when you have provided consent. Consent may be collected through website forms, scheduling forms, estimate request forms, financing forms, written forms, verbal confirmation, or other approved opt-in methods.

When opt-in is collected through an online form, the form may include SMS consent language and a dedicated checkbox or similar consent method. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

This disclaimer applies to website use only and does not alter any written warranty, service agreement, manufacturer warranty, maintenance agreement, installation agreement, or other contract that may apply to products or services purchased from GenCo.
